This instrument is fancier than the standard model 5375 "Duke" banjo ukulele, most notably on the resonator, which has an inlaid marquetry design. It also has a diamonds and squares inlay pattern instead of dots. The metal nameplates on the peghead and side of the resonator read WASHBURN LYON & HEALY CHICAGO, U.S.A. Impressed into the wood above the peghead name plate are the words LYON & HEALY MAKERS. The dowel stick is stamped "WASHBURN" and "5380."
